Design. Install. Operate. All in-house.
Most AV companies hand you gear and a manual. We take ownership of the room — pixel counts, power, rigging, signal flow, redundancy — and we stay behind the console when it matters.
Every system is designed around your space and the people who will actually run it. No templates. No design decisions the operator pays for later.
The full technical stack of your event or venue
LED Walls & Video
Walls, processors, mapping and switching — engineered to the exact pixel count of your space, not a template.
Audio
Coverage designed for the room, from house systems to full event rigs, with clean signal paths and headroom to spare.
Lighting & Show Control
Stage and architectural lighting with control simple enough for your staff and deep enough for a show operator.
Media Servers & Playback
Media servers, playback and content pipelines built to hold up under show pressure — not just in rehearsal.
Permanent Installs
Venue systems built for daily use: documented, serviceable, and designed so the operator never suffers the design.
On-site Operation
When the show is critical, we sit at the console. Operators who have run live shows where there is no second take.
We let the rooms speak for us
From clubs and hotels to premium event spaces — rooms where the client may not understand the tech, but absolutely knows when it looks expensive, clean and resolved.
Art Club Houston
We installed the visual system — LED, rigging, processing and control — and handed the room over running.
POST Houston
Ongoing AV solutions across Skylawn, Penthouse and Ballroom spaces.
Infinity Room
A mirrored room at Art Club, POST Houston. We installed the LED wall, the processing and the mapping.
Full Event Production
Video, audio and lighting for productions where failure is not on the table — designed, operated and resolved by us.
Bar Installs
Every screen in this room runs off one panel — our own system, live every night. Staff pick the scene, the room follows.

We fix the crack before your client ever sees it.
Thirty minutes walking your venue tells us more than any spec sheet. We'll find what's about to fail, what's underperforming, and what your space could actually do.
Book a site visitOne brain for the whole room
The system that runs your venue's visuals and lighting from one place. Content on the screens, scenes on the lights, changed from anywhere — without touching a cable or calling anyone.
Screens
- Playlists and schedules per screen
- Content updated remotely, live in minutes
- Built for daily operation, not for a demo
Lighting
- One-touch scenes your staff can run
- Professional control backbone underneath
- Scenes designed for your space and your hours
Live sports
- Today's games pulled from the ESPN feed
- Broadcast channel shown per game
- Pin the game your room is watching
Behind it
- Installed and configured by us
- Supported by the team that built it
- No training required to run the room
Recall a scene and watch the floor plan re-route. Move a zone's volume. Change the lights. Pin tonight's game — the schedule is the real ESPN feed.

We operate what we design
Tech Base was built by operators, not salespeople. Twenty-plus years behind consoles — LED walls, video switching, mapping, media servers, audio, lighting, rigging, show control — in rooms where there is no second take.
That experience shows up in the design. We know what makes a system truly usable because we've run them under pressure, and we don't ship anything we wouldn't want to operate ourselves.
Questions we get every week
What does an LED wall cost?
It depends on three things: the physical size, the pixel pitch your viewing distance actually requires, and whether it is a permanent install or an event rental. A wall for a bar where people stand ten feet away needs a very different panel than a stage wall seen from across a ballroom. Send us the room and we will come back with a real number, not a range designed to hook you.
Do you do permanent installs, or only events?
Both, and the same team does them. We run permanent AV systems in bars, clubs and hotels, and we also design and operate systems for one-off events. Permanent work gets documented and serviceable; event work gets an operator behind the console.
Can my staff run the system after you leave?
That is the whole point. We design the control layer for the person who will actually use it at 9pm on a Friday, not for an engineer. One-touch lighting scenes, simple playback, clear labels. If your bartender needs to call someone to change what is on the screens, the design failed.
Do you handle the whole system or just one part?
The whole thing: video, audio, lighting, media servers, rigging, power and show control. One team from the drawing to showtime means no finger-pointing between vendors when something does not work. We can also come in on top of an existing install and fix what is underperforming.
What areas do you serve?
Houston and the surrounding area is home, and we travel for the right project. Venues, bars, clubs, hotels, corporate spaces, galleries and institutions.
How does a project start?
With a site visit. Thirty minutes walking your space tells us more than any spec sheet: what is about to fail, what is underperforming, what the room could actually do. From there we design against the real constraints — space, power, rigging, budget, timeline — and quote the scope in writing.
